This is the worst product I have ordered. First they lied about the delivery and then sent me a text that they could not verify my address which then sent me to a fraudulent website so I had to cancel my credit card. Next I tried calling and never got through it would just hang up on me and yes it gets worse. I tried the chat and got nowhere, after a week or so the item showed up called a Kameri from shoppermod and it did not work at all. I have been trying to return it and now nobody will get in touch with me. What a fraud!!
Doesn’t work at all for me and the Episilk website phone numbers and email do not work either when trying to get an RMA number and refund. Email gets bounced back as undeliverable. I tried calling several times. You get announcements but no way to talk to a live person nor to leave a message. After annoucements it just says call volume is high and hangs up. The product, nor the box, doesn’t even say Episilk on it and looks like a fraud product. It looks similar to what is shown on the website but says Kemei (or Kemel…hard to read) (KM-1999)I did manage to get to a “live chat” person on their website who was of no help and said I had to contact them via email and gave me the email address. I told him I tried several times and it came back as undeliverable (even sent a screen shot) and he (or she) ended the chat.
