I ordered dresses and was so excited to wear them on my holiday but I went and returned from holiday but never received my order. I the. Contacted the service via email ( for some reason only has email as their means of contact), but the lady replying to my emails was of no help, rather stated, they cannot do anything if the parcel is not delivered to me after they have shipped. Later, she was able to track the item as per her but then stated, I have to pay more for the delivery and even after that she cannot guarantee about it being delivered and it would be t my own risk. I believe it is a total scam. I recommend not to buy from this site. Remembering what happened back then, it still makes me mad. I would give minus review if I could.
All of the above is very misleading, yess costomer service is easily reachable but they offer discout no refund. I have been at it for 3 weeks now, and they offer a 70% discount now which says more about the true quality of the clothes and the company. It is a matter of princlple now for me to get the full refund because this is a total scame. There is no metioning of return costs in any of the terms and policies, but they threaten with the high costs therefor they offer the discount.

This company is a fraud; after I asked for a phone number so I could reach you personally, they refused. This is all in Chinese. Stay away!
I purchased a dress. When the dress arrived, it was made of shoddy material, was enormous, and touched the ground when I tried it on. I took their advice and phoned them to request a returns slip. I’m still waiting for a response, and I’m really disappointed.
