I’ve had the same experience as everyone else. I ordered two rompers in May. I receive one that I’ve actually already thrown away. The fabric was garbage, it was nowhere near the size it should have been and it was complete crap. When I contacted them to return it I got the same response that it would be too costly to return since they are not in the U.S. I’ve been emailing them every week to get a refund for the one article that I never received and of course there hasn’t been a response. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS OUTFIT ITS A SCAM!!!!
I ordered from Folomono April 18,2021 and STILL have not received anything. I’ve emailed them countless times…. nothing. Finally June 1st they responded claiming items have been shipped but according to tracking they provided, not true… only label created. I told them I didn’t even want or need the items any longer and I wanted a refund…. nothing. Now it’s the end of June and still nothing. No refund… no items. I’ve tried a few more emails without response of course. I have contacted my credit card company and they are processing a fraud claim for me.
Same experience as Carol. They stated they would ship within 2 business days & I would receive in 10-12 business days. After the timeframe had passed & my items weren’t shipped, I emailed to cancel my order & get a refund. They changed their story to my items would ship in 10-12 business days & I would receive it some time later. I told them I wanted a refund. Crickets. Then days later I got an email stating my items had shipped. The tracking number stated a label had been created but had not been received by the carrier. I emailed a couple of days later demanding my money. So they sent me a screenshot of my tracking number showing a label had been created & the package was waiting on the ship to arrive to take the shipments from China to California. I received my items over a month later. They did not look like the pictures, they didn’t fit according to their measurements, & when I stated I wanted a refund again, they told me it would be too much trouble to ship back & to find someone to give the items to. Total scam. If they weren’t scammers, they would’ve refunded me before the items were ever processed. They had PLENTY of time to do that. I paid via PayPal, so I have filed a claim with them. We will see what happens with that.
Scam company where photo of product is not as it is, sizing is off,cheaply made, takes a long time to receive and emails from them tell you it will cost more to return than the product cost so maybe you could give it to someone else. Still no address provided and I’m out $35.
