I am a retired medical service company tech. and this device is not safe to use. If you are right handed and have a pain in your left shoulder you put the current through the heart area, this could cause the heart to stop . So in my opinion I would not use this product it is not safe.
Aman it shocks your hand more than where your aiming it.You ripped off 1000s and1000s. I’m passed off.Why don’t you just send everybody there money back.
It’s not like I expected. It’s like an electric shock & then the heads that you change it to would not stay on. They kept popping off except the one that was already on it. It’s not worth it.
nowhere does it tell you that the pain in the hand you hold this tool in gets more shock than where you place the tip,… the use of this tool isn’t what is expected,,,,, great idea but falls short of expectations! I need a refund on this worthless tool
My wife bought this for me as a gift. I tried to use it and when i turned it on .THE SHOCK i received in my hand was worse than what was on my back. The more you turn it up the worse it was to my hand than my back! Don’t waste your money it is a scam!!! Is there anyway to get your money back?
I bought this from CVS because it looked like a cool, useful product. It doesn’t come with a battery so I bought a brand new pack to use with it.

At it’s lowest setting you feel nothing. At the highest it’s an uncomfortable “shocking” sensation.
If you’re into being mildly tazed or into “pranking” people and have $20 to blow then go for it but this product has no therapeutic purposes in my honest opinion.
I couldn’t believe I brought that garbage. I thought I did something wrong because of the 300 volts I was getting in my fkn hand. Who tf would put this on the market unless you’re into electrocution. Unbelievable…anyway lucky I got it at CVS and I bet the workers 50 bucks if they could hold it on the 7 mode for 30 seconds and No One took my money 😂
