I was trying to use this useless piece of shhhhhh.. , is not working at all. Red Lights are popping up, but it has nothing to do with infrared light. I ordered this in mid-April. I was supposed to receive it at the beginning of May. The post office never delivered it. I requested a refund in mid-May. As of today,June 9th, I have received two emails both saying they would check to see if the post office had returned the package. Still no answer and still no refund. I am a cancer patient that purchased this to help with circulation issues stemming from my chemotherapy and radiation treatments. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!! I am still learning about how to use it. I fully expected it to be a scam but I have been using it for only about 10 days and my abdomen is definitely changing! I have a hysterectomy scar that had a roll of fat hanging over it about 1 1/2 inches big. I now have nothing on one side and much less on the other. I can also see a difference in my neck. I can’t believe it, but it is working!

Me also. I looked up similar products and they came with a type of gel to put on your skin this didn’t even come with it it cost all that freaking money and it didn’t come with gel.
