I was also deceived. They said they were located in South Carolina. They said my order would be received by the 19th of December. Still don’t have all of them. My daughters, and dauhhter in laws received nothing for Christmas. They also charged my card international fees, which was not explained when I ordered them. The sizes were not as stated. I am very dissatisfied.
Modlily will scam you. They charged me for one item then turned around and charged me again. They give you a runaround when you try to get your money back. It’s a scam. DO NOT LET THEM HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT. I’m warning you. They are a scam
Have placed 4 orders with them and have no complaints. Had to return the first order & replace with larger size but now that I know how their sizes run, I’m very happy with their products & service. Don’t forget, “you get what you pay for” so no, these may not be the best quality clothes but they look good & are cheap. If you want to have fun, shop here. Cheap junk, fake reviews, deceptive trading practices.
If you look closer Most of the reviews are paid for. They’ve several sites all advertising the same good & reviews, though there are less E2L mistakes. Modlilly Zulilly, Zuilly and now ZoLucky are just some of the deceptive names/websites this Guangdong company uses, though they may have set up offshore shell office address. (Or just making them up). You might get lucky & receive goods that are wearable; just keep away from naked flames & hot surfaces as their ‘cotton blend’ is 100% synthetic. Don’t hold your breath waiting for your promised refund.
They have scammed me out of 33.98 wich isn’t a lot of money but if you magnify that with 100 other customers they have made some money. They refuse to return my money and are trying to act like it’s my fault that they are not refunding me.. when I contacted support and called them on their stuff they hung up on me. They don’t care because they’re making big money ripping people off. I will continue to send in these reviews until they post one.
