It’s a scam. I bought a pair for my boyfriend for Christmas. Took forever to receive and when they did get here. They look nothing like the picture. They are no way water proof or even resistant and not helpful to cold weather. Don’t waste your time or money. No way to leave a review on their site. I did put one on trust pilot but it’s under thermohands not thermohandz so… ya
This is a Chinese scam. Shame on Instagram for allowing Thermohandz to advertise. Very unhappy with customer support. I will be very wary of ordering ANYTHING advertised on Instagram moving forward. Don’t BUY!!!
