I ordered chorine tabs from USBESTSALES and used PayPal, but didn”t receive my order so called PayPal to dispute the issue. They gave me a tracking number which stated the item had been delivered. But it wasn’t, so called USPS and they texted me that revealed my address did not match the address on the delivered package. Gave all info to PayPal and they are refunding my money. Also notified AMEX and cancelled my card to get a new one. AMEX put a block on the charge. USPS suggested I go to my post office and get a HISTORY OF THE TRACKING # as proof it wasn’t delivered to me.
UPDATE from CB: This site fortyreviews.com please read below from their website. I have informed Forty Reviews via email AND I have informed Amazon that they are reviewing this company with a 54. How? NO ONE here has received their merchandise, and many have not been reimbursed, because this company is a SCAM. So Forty Reviews gets an advertising fee from Amazon? There was no tracking information and the PayPal account was not a PayPal account at all. Somethings should definitely be done about this so-called company. China is getting RICH off of the US in more ways than one. I try to never order anything from CHINA but I got caught this time. Looks like CB had the better outcome than any of us unfortunates “rocking in the same old boat”. YES SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.

He told me the tracking number was for a 8 oz envelope delivered to my city but to another address. My item was 50 lb. This is the company’s scam. Opened a case with PayPal. At first, they found in favor of the seller since the item showed delivered. I called them and asked them to call the postmaster. They reversed their finding and ruled in favor of me. Yes, it’s a scam site. They give you a different tracking number and you cannot email them. I’m surmising what they do is ship some small thing to someone they know so there is a USPS tracking number and address, although it is different than the one that they gave you. And you never receive anything but PayPal returned my money after they asked for the actual USPS shipping address.

Update from CB: I had ordered chlorine too. They told PayPal it was delivered. Delivery receipt was same town and state. PayPal denied us a refund stating it was delivered. Contacted USPS. Found out it was a small white package delivered to someone else in our town and state. Not me, and certainly not a 25 lb tub of chlorine. I got a picture of this package and tracking number on the package from USPS, and I had to submit the evidence to PayPal and we were reimbursed. The return address on this package was not USBestSales either. This company needs to be shut down. They have this scam down pat. And I think they may have a connection with someone at USPS in order to get these delivery receipts same town and state to present to PayPal or whomever. It took a lot of work and persistence on our part to get our money back. You have to go through the fraud department at USPS. Otherwise, you just get from them what PayPal gets, and that “it was delivered”. Yeah, delivered where? Don’t give up.

We went online yesterday, May 18, to order a generator for my neighbor’s home as she is on oxygen 24/7 and we’ve already had 2 power outages due to weather. We ordered what was supposed to be a Honda 3000 generator, regularly $500 plus dollars, free shipping, and confirmation was to be sent to my neighbor’s email. However, she got mixed up on her email address so after having already ordered and the site saying the sale was confirmed, I sent an email explaining the whole situation of the email mix up, all my email information as well as her correct one and sent to the ONLY means of contact shown, which is the usbestsales.com, given. We called the bank to see if the transaction had gone through and it us still pending, for $96. Plus, but it came through for a Baielymati! Then later, I received a notice that my email was unable to be delivered after several tries! My neighbor called the bank and canceled her bank card, and we are praying that since it hasn’t posted yet, the $will be refused to them. However, either way, I believe this is obviously a scam through a site that looked VERY legit! And now, the site has disappeared!!
