Bought in every color in a week moment. Same story about shipping costs to return to China. I felt guilty doing it but I donated them hoping they might benefit someone with out any shoes.
I ordered 4 pairs of sandals. And to my disappointment, they are too small. I have emailed the company for a returned because when I received the package there was No receipt, no address, I paperwork at all that came with the Sandals. I have emailed the company twice requesting a return address. Nothing! I am out of close to $100 and 4 pairs of sandals! What a damn ripoff! I am so upset that this company can just take my money and not respond back! I will get on every social media Platform and write a review warning people of the Horrible disregard of customer service that this company displays! They don’t even have a address on their website! That should have been a Red Flag but assuming that this company would send a receipt along with the package is too much like doing the right thing because the only thing this company did was send Not true to size sandals and take my money!
purchased two pairs from other websites but were shipped via dotmall. one pair was not wide enough. these were sent from a usa address but was told i have to return to china. as it would cost $50 or more return shipping they said they would give me a $15 refund. BIG RIP OFF!!!!!! the return policy on the shoes said 100 percent returnable. just convieniently forgot to mention the cost. i took the $15 and gave the shoes to my neighber who wears same size but not as wide a foot. oh, and like someone else has mentioned they stunk of chemicals out of the bag. HAD TO AIR THEM OUT. beware ordering anything from a chinese company. this happened to me with a blouse ordered on amazon with only an exchange being offered.
I ordered three pairs of these scandals. Have not received order. It have been 8 days. I received a notice via e-mail from a shipping Company informing me, I owe additional shipping charges of $1.95 to name, Express asking for payment information. It was a totally illegitimate page with red funny looking letters. They stated that they were holding a package for me. I answered back to have Dotmall, contact me, because shipping was suppose to be free. Immediately, they sent me another illegitimate payment request for $ 1.99 shipping stating that it was the “Last Notice.” This was two different shipping Companies and two different amounts. They
wanted my shipping address and credit card payment information, Again. After reading these reviews, I am calling my credit card Company to cancel this order. In my opinion, Dotmall is a SCAM. The Express Mail shipping request for payment was not from the U.S. Dotmall is Iligitimate and should be investigated. This foreign shipping SCAM have to be connected to Dotmall.

Also, they showed the price in Canadian currency but the invoice was U.S. currency. I thought well, they might be worth it if they are great quality as advertised. But after reading the comments here, no way. CHINA!
Well, it a moment of pure foolishness…I fell for something too good to be true. I ordered a pair of sandals on 7/17 and received them on 7/28. For $49.98, I got a cheap pair of plastic sandals. Yes, they are cute–but I have not worn them out and I guarantee they will not last for a month. Additionally, the bottom is very slippery and I’m sure will be made worse on certain surfaces, especially if wet. This is my fault…I KNOW better than following for hype on the internet…yet I did. These shoes are not worth more than $10 in material…probably much less. I hope if someone is reading this before purchase that they do not make the same mistake.

I ordered my sandles on July 5th, 2022 I just received them today July 21, 2022. Although they don’t look like the picture I am wearing them and they are very, very Comfortable. Cheap crappy shoes received. They wanted to give $15 refund since it cost $70 to ship it back. I made a consumer complaint on e-commerce. This company should close down!!! So upset!!
Same thing happened to me!! I been goin back and forth with them and now say they’ll refund the max of $25! I paid 44.99 plus 10.99 shipping and handling NOT $70 like they said to mail back. Return address was out of Illinois!!!!! So who can we report this too that will do something??? I’m furious!!!!

Ordered these direct from an online site for $49.98. They are cheap plastic. Nothing good about them and look nothing like the picture or description. No way they were designed by a podiatrist!! This company should be banned from doing business in the United States. They also have a toxic smell. To return for a refund cost more than they cost!!
1) When I ordered I didn’t receive a confirmation of my order.
2) I paid extra to have the shoes shipped faster so that I could take the 2 pairs I ordered on vacation
3) Vacation came and went and still no shoes – So I sent them an email asking to cancel my order
4) Shipping shoe statue, they tell me by reply email that my shoes have already shipped
5) I receive the shoes and they smell like chemicals, gag it’s TERRIBLE, plus the shoes are cheap and very UGLY
6) I email asking to return the shoes
7) 1 week later I get a reply that I can return to CHINA and shipping will cost $50-$80 or I can keep them and they will refund me $15.
8) so I guess I keep my 2 pair of chemical smelling, CHEAP, UGLY, POOR QUALITY SHOE
I just received two pair of “comfy orthopedic sandals” I ordered from Dotmall. I paid $73.98 including shipping. I just received them today. Eighteen days after ordering. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! They are a very poor, inferior quality. They are not representative of the photos. They smell from using toxic chemicals. Instead of leather uppers they are a cheap plastic foam. Instead of a soft cork insole they are a hard plastic insole, a hideous yellow with brown paint spackles apparently trying to represent cork. The soles of the sandals are a very cheap hard plastic, not supportive at all and very slippery. I would not wear these sandals out in public. They are worth about $4 per pair. I would not order from this company. I would avoid it at all costs. They are a definite SCAM. They are out of China. Save your money and buy in the USA!!!

It is a Scam! BUYER BEWARE! I am in the process of trying to get reimbursed and reporting to PayPal, who processed my payment. I bought 2 pairs of orthotic sandals May 1, 2022, via Facebook, and received a cheap, inferior quality pair of sandals (they smelled toxic due to “off-gases” of the materials used in the shoe substitutes) which took 21 days to reach me. I did send an email that I found which was semi-apologetic and offered $8 (if I wanted to accept in lieu of ‘the cost and inconvenience’ of sending back to their warehouse ; an address in China was given). They said they had 30 day policy and would refund if they received the product. I wrote back that those options were unacceptable and confronted the fraudulent transaction and requested full refund. Also advised that I was submitting a claim against them, via PayPal.
