Please avoid this website. It is a scam. I ordered a hoodie on 06/30/22 and still have not received the hoodie. I was told my package was being held up by custom and that have resent it. It is going on another two weeks and still have not received my package or refund. Please do not order from Kellylyl.
So I ordered a hoodie 3 weeks ago. It said shipping would take about 5-7 days and delivery would happen within 15. After 7 days I tried to track my package and realized they gave me a bad tracking number. I emailed them and they responded and had fixed it. I had been tracing my package everyday since, and eventually it said it had been delivered after 3 weeks. It had not been delivered, so I emailed them again and received no response. This website is a scam. Do not waste your money like I did.
