HilyMall will provide you a free shipment if your order crosses the amount of $60. You can pay from your debit/credit card or your PayPal account, whatever is feasible for you. They do not offer the Cash on Delivery service.
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of its confirmation to get a complete refund. Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped.
They also have a 30-day full return policy on damaged on incomplete orders. The only condition is that the items must be unused. The return shipping charges must be provided by the customer or the company won’t refund.

I ordered a Orleans 5pc patio set and got a very small pillow instead they did notify me back thru my email when I asked for a return address & my money back but they only want to give me 30%to40% of a return now the address they gave me was China so how is it that Facebook keeps letting them to advertise on their sight and they don’t even want to help?
I also bought the shed, in October. I notified them in January and provided the email receipt. They said they will send again. April 11, still no shed, in fact the shipping company page they provide a link to is a fraud, no buttons work except the track function. And both time I received a new number and they both showed the exact path of shipping, lands in my town and poof magically lost, twice. This website store is a scam fraud that are Chinese thieves. If you payed attention the hilly had a different name a few months back I can’t recall it but when I went looking for it all exactly the same for both. Except, the first one address was china and the second one in the US. These are real smart thieves, all my receipts from the original purchase when opened automatically to Hilymall. They suck you will never get your stuff and if not paypal your screwed.

My story matches most of the comments above. I ordered a shed for about $75.00 and received a piece of cheap useless garment instead. PayPal also reimbursed me right away. I have to wonder, however, why PayPal is in any way affiliated with these crooks. I feel bad for PayPal.
Total scam. I made an order for a $88.49 shelf. I never received a confirmation email much less the shelf. I have had trouble disputing this with PayPal because supposedly the company shipped the cursed thing.
Chances are you will not receive it by the 25-30 day mark, as promised…at which point you have a leg to stand on with Pay Pal. PayPal’s resolution form asked if you contacted the company, so email the company in advance and provide that email to paypal to get your money refunded. Keep in mind the Tracking Number expires after a while too. I requested the refund when I saw that and got it instantly thru PayPal. I did it just before the 90 day mark
On October 12th I ordered a vinyl storage cabinet and like everyone else it cost me $76.00 too. I never received it and probably won’t. Shame on them for being such thieves. God will deal with them in the end. ☹️
write the company first and ask for a refund. Then go to Paypal’s resolution section for the purchase and provide copy of email and get your money back (unless you didn’t use paypal. Report it to credit card company and they may credit it back)

I ordered a car shelter from them back in August 2021 and paid $75.69 via Paypal – delivery was to be maximum 25 days. About 10 days later they sent an email with a 5-digit order number that the first digit was 7 instead of an 8 as was given to me by Paypal. I emailed them to correct their order number, but they sent me an email with the same number 7 along with a tracking number that never worked on the site they provided – It only showed a few Chinese words.
Finally, in October there was a tiny nylon package with some Chinese words on it and apparently some sender address somewhere in China.
Lo and behold what was in the package, a toddler size, tiny white undershirt…!!!
And what did the tracking number do on the site they gave me, it finally worked and it said the shipment had been delivered on the very date the tiny undershirt was delivered.
I sent an email demanding the shipment or a refund.
If you notice, prices for all their items are within the range of $76 more or less.

Yes, contact Paypal There is an option that you didn’t receive what you ordered on the resolution form. They refunded mine right away

THIS SITE IS A HUGE SCAM!!! I got a child’s $2 Walmart tank top, not the furniture I ordered. I got my money back through PayPal.
I also received a cheap billfold, so there was a tracking number that I followed as it was coming my way. I figured out it was a scam almost immediately and was kicking myself from the start. Pay Pal wanted me to wait, so I did for a long time! Pay Pal refunded my money. It’s my understanding that these stores just close down when they get exposed then open a different store with the stuff same stuff that they really don’t have! What a racket!

Do not purchase from this scam website. I purchased the 75 dollar metal carport and a month and a half later got a t shirt in the mail. I used Paypal and they refunded my money immediately. they ship only usps ground which has a weight limit of 70 pounds.
