  1. I went to this site to get an electric wheelchair for my wife. I was skeptical from the get go, but my wife insisted I order one before they were gone. I placed the order and used paypal for payment. I got no order confirmation from the company. I did, however receive an email from paypal stating that I had authorized payment (in the same amount) to a company called “Batz Group”, which seems to be a legitimate company in France. I tried to contact Roollingcart by phone and email with no success. I contacted Batz Group and said that I did not intend to place an order with them. I then contacted paypal and requested a refund due to unauthorized use of my paypal account. I then removed my payment method from paypal and replaced it with info from a credit card that I had recently cancelled. I then changed my password on my paypal account. The next day I got notice from paypal that my refund request was approved. I logged into my paypal account to confirm the email. Refund was issued and the case was closed. Back to email, I received a message asking me to cancel my refund request and I would get a full refund from the company. The email had the same claim ID as the request I submitted to paypal. I also received three other emails stating that I had authorized paypal to make payments to three different entities. I knew they were not from paypal as stated as they were sent from the wrong address. I copied the info from the emails and checked them with paypal customer service who stated that no records existed for any of those transactions. I said that’s good because I placed no orders with any of the three. I was assured that even if those transactions were to post at a later time, paypal would not approve or pay them. I contacted the three entities and inquired about the transactions with the same result from each, no orders were placed.

The website I initially logged on to was “roollingcart.com”, yes, two Os and two Ls. It is definitely a scam and so is “roolingcart.com” and “rollingcart.com” as well, as far as I can tell since I tried contacting both with no response from either. If the price is too good to be true, then it is a scam. I used to say “If the price is too good to be true, then it probably is a scam But I have not found a single incidence where that “great price” was in fact legit
A final note, never cancel a paypal refund when the company tells you that they will give a full refund if you do cancel it. If you cancel the refund request, paypal will not issue a refund, nor will the company, they want you to cancel to keep their good status with paypal.

  2. I came across this site it has nothing to do with mens clothing it shows electric mobility scooters for 77.95$ different models. I almost ordered it for a friend who needs one. So I decided to use an empty card to see who pops up saying it was declined to. And sure enough it sent me to a Russian site. It never showed the completion of the receipt.

    1. Well, it looks like I’ve been scammed too. I ordered 40 lbs of 3 inch chlorine tablets for the pool on June 30th. With high price of chlorine these days, I thought that $ 50.43 was a great price. Yes… too good to be true. I did receive and order #. The number they gave is just rings busy. And the number comes up as from Concord, MA and the companies address for Roolling Cart is 221 E Lane Ave Columbus, OH 43201 . My next step will be reporting / disputing this charge to my credit card company. Lesson learned. BEWARE.
