  2. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, on 7-16 I bought two units for $148.93. Then I realized I wouldnt get them for two to three months, On the same day I cancelled 7-16. As of today 9-18 I still dont have a refund. Blaux says they refunded me on 8-6. So I sent Blaux copies of my bank statement from 8-1 to 9-1, showing no refund was ever given. Blaux customer service Reps, go by the names, Cedric, Eric, Leslie, Amy, JP, Jim, Nina, Hani, Vanji and as of 9-16 Moe. Once Blaux’s reps contact you they then disappear. Never to be heard from again.If anyone has an idea how to get my money back, please contact me. Thanks Vandy

    1. This item is a scam. Does not work . When you purchase there is supposed to be a 30 day money back guarantee , when I called to return they said this was not possible and at best offered a discount which I am yet to see.

  4. This is a scam! They don’t tell you that there is a small frozen ice package that is in the unit. It thaws out quickly. Does not cool my small room at all. Don’t buy.

  5. Ok I’ll review… Ordered single unit June 27th 2020, received not the one I thought I ordered but something similar on September 4th 2020. Does exactly what it said it was going to do. It blows cooler air then room temp. I too thought it would be good enough for my sleeping area in my camper. Though I haven’t tried it I’m sure it’s going to do minimal. While I was waiting the 2 months for it to arrive (I too had to email them to find out what was taking so long. They said due to world circumstances aka Covid-19 it would take longer to arrive), I did some more research about it. End result I should have listened to my sixth sense. Don’t get your hopes up. They said at the time I ordered it was $49.95………….. End result it came out to $135.73 taxes and shipping included. 🙂 Yes it’s lots of money for something so small.. Oh well live and learn!!

  6. I have tried now to get someone to actually speak with, I paid 148.00 USD to obtain this product. But you cannot even tell me when the item will ship. You don’t keep in touch with me, I have to keep contacting you. I want my money returned to me. It has been 50 days since my order, I can understand delays with COVID, but this is ridiculous. If Amazon can do it, I know you have options.

  7. Do not buy this product !!!!!!! I bought one for my camper for when the temperature raises and becomes uncomfortable. I have a thermometer and a hygrometer inside my camper. Twice we gave this a test and both times failed miserably. The temperature after 4 hours of use increased 4 degrees and the humidity went from 54% to 91%. My camper is a small teardrop only 40 sq. ft. of floor space. This absolutely does not do what it says can. Also, It took 4 weeks to get now we are unable to get a response from them for the full refund after multiple emails. They have no footprint, no customer service phone number, no address, just an email with no response.

      She told me, the manual is a misprint and it doesn’t include this adapter.
      They say “desktop”. It’s so small, and I’ve seen more Blaux, like this on AMazon.
      They range $19.99 through $48.99 and all look exactly like these.
      I’m returning. They said they don’t pay for returns. So I’d never recommend this company.

  9. I’ve been waiting probably 6 weeks for 2 fans to arrive. I’ve called but never got the opportunity to speak to anyone before the line was disconnected; I’ve emailed but no one ever responded; I’ve checked my tracking number where the date changes every couple of days to a new shipping date. I hope lots of people read these reviews so they don’t get scammed like we all did. I think the BBB needs to get involved here.

  11. I ordered 3 units on 6/11/2020 and have not received any confirmation of shipment, only confirmation of order. Have tried calling several times, but cannot get through. I would understand units being on Backorder, but the Company (Blaux) should communicate this to their customers. A great product should be offered by a great company.

  13. I am beginning to think that it’s a scam too. I ordered 6 of them and replacement filters on June 6, and still haven’t received them. I was able to get hold of them by phone and they said that they were behind but they would be shipped out the end of June and I would receive a tracking no. and be notified when they shipped. That has never happened. this is July 9th and still haven’t received anything. I don’t know how these companies get away with this. I have already been charged for the products but received nothing! I am really hoping that this is not a scam, if it is I will only order on line through Amazon from now on.

  15. I called 3 times to cancel and they hung up on me……..I think it is a SCAM! I wrote to them and they will not post my request for a refund 5 minutes after I ordered this product……great ads, but a NOT nice nor reliable company as far I am concerned. I don;t trust them too shady for me!

    1. I ordered three at a cost of 339.12 CDN. I have never received a tracking number or any correspondence from this compnay. Someone by the name of Jeff requested I talk with him through instant messaging which I did but no reply back to me. I am now getting advice on starting legal proceedings. These people should not be able to get away with this. I hope no one else gets caught and this company is shown for what it is. I feel like going to the media as well.

    I order this product over a month ago and have yet to receive it. I am still anticipating the product, and not to let alone I have sent two emails in reference to the product. Come to find out this product is coming from Hong Kong. You don’t know it this until they got their money.

    Right now I am not sure what this delay is; but I am at the point I am thinking about contacting the Attorney General.

  22. Ordered it, haven’t received a tracking number yet, it’s been 10 days, tried to call the phone number listed it does nothing, tried to respond to the “Confirmation” email it bounced right back, Starting to think this is a SCAM !!!

    3. I was in your same shoes until yesterday when my order arrived. I was about to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges because I got nowhere with the company myself. I will say, their order site is very tricky trying to increase your order with special pricing so before you click on “Place Order” verify you are being charged ONLY for what you want to buy. I ended up with 2 of them, but after trying one out, I would highly recommend them!! Mine started to cool me off as soon as I turned it on for the first time and I love the ability to take it from room to room. FYI – My order arrived about 4 weeks after I placed the order.

    5. Same here! Ordered a month ago and no shipping info. Tried to call but got a recording saying that due to COVID their shipping is taking longer, and doesn’t give an option to leave a message or talk to anyone.

      1. Same here. We ordered 5 weeks ago, wrote two emails, no response at all. No info that it has shipped, no tracking number, just a big long silence. If nothing happens within one more week, we will also report it to our credit card as a scam and try to get our money back that way. What a fraud!!
