The worst experience ever. Ordered bras Jul 1 and received Aug 20. Very poor quality and definitely not to size. Paid 50plus dollars and when I requested a refund was offered a 15.00 coupon for future purchase. I could return the bras to Hong Kong on my own dime which in their words is very expensive – but to what end???? A very expensive lesson. Avoid LILY bras like the plague!
I asked where they were made and I was told by the company, “They’re made in Canada and ship locally.” I naively ordered and found out they are from CHINA. Another SCAM product from CHINA.
This company is a scam. Sure there bras work if you have had plastic surgery and your boobs are round and perfect anyway but if you are a real woman it doesn’t do anything for you. They tried to tell me that I needed a larger size so they sent a replacement. I had asked for a refund. The replacement wasn’t any better just bigger and I tried over and over again to reach out to customer service and when I finally get a reply back I was told I had past the time frame to request a refund. Pretty crappy of them and I am sure they do this to a lot of woman.
This company is a scam. The bra does not work, and the straps unstick themselves after only a few seconds. I emailed them for a return multiple times and was never replied to.

Lilly lift does not allow you to leave reviews because they have the WORST customer service. They offered me a replacement due to the sizing of their bras being inaccurate. I emailed customer service with the correct bra size and NEVER heard a response back. (Given multiple follow up emails)
I ordered my regular bra size (D) and when I received my package, the item was bigger than my head. Ridiculous. Do not buy their products. It’s a scam!
